Terms of Service
8% Platform Service Fee
Deducted on all successful closings processed via EaziRent.ng.
1. Statutory Fee Caps
EaziRent enforces regional regulations: Agency (10%) and Legal (10%) fees are capped based on 1-year rent values.
Agent Code of Conduct
Photos must be less than 60 days old. Misrepresentation leads to immediate account strikes.
THREE-STRIKE RULE
Strike 1: Warning. Strike 2: 30-day suspension. Strike 3: Permanent ban.
Escrow Protection
Funds are released once "Move-In" is confirmed or 48 hours after handover without dispute.
