Payments are held by our central bank partners. This money is Untouchable by the agent until you provide the "Confirmation Code" upon move-in.

Verified Release
You have 24 hours post-move-in to report discrepancies. If everything is perfect, the funds are released. If not, the funds are frozen for dispute.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
EaziRent will never ask you to pay an agent directly. If an agent asks for "commitment fee" or "form fee" outside the website, report them immediately for a ₦5,000 bounty.
Terms of Service
1. Identity Verification
All users must complete the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Agents must upload a valid Government ID and a verifiable utility bill of the listed property location.

Posting misleading photos, bait-and-switch pricing, or soliciting off-platform payment results in an immediate permanent ban and handover of identity details to the relevant authorities.
Escrow & Fees
Your funds are stored in a non-interest-bearing escrow account managed by EaziRent's banking partners.

- Availability: Services are currently available in Akure, Ondo City, and select locations in Ondo State. Expansion to other states is ongoing.
- Payment: Professional fees must be settled directly with service providers. These are not covered by escrow protection.
